Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Body Engineers account and the personal information associated with it — your health profile, injuries, assessments, workout history, appointments, and messages.

If you still have the app installed, the fastest route is Settings → Request account deletion, because we can tell it is you without any further checks. Use the form below if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.

We will email you to confirm the request, then respond within 30 days. Confirming your email proves you control that mailbox — we will still check it matches an account before deleting anything.

If that address is one we can act on, we have sent it a confirmation link. Click it to confirm your request. The link is valid for 24 hours.

This link is no longer valid

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours, and each one can only be used once. You can start a new request from bodyengineers.app/delete-account, or email us at contact@bodyengineers.app.

We could not submit that automatically

Something went wrong on our side — this is our problem, not yours. Email contact@bodyengineers.app from the address on your account and we will handle it by hand, within the same 30 days.
